01/Can I use my existing business email?
Yes. Relay sends through a supported connected mailbox using your own domain. The connections available to your workspace appear during setup. Native Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace connections require administrator activation; Hunter mailbox options depend on your provider plan.
02/Does anything send before I’m ready?
No. New workspaces start paused. You review your audience, approve your campaign content and explicitly enable outreach. Mailbox tests you request and reply copies can send while outreach remains paused.
03/How are businesses matched to my profile?
Relay compares available company evidence with your criteria, including industry, location and size. You can inspect the reasons for a match before deciding who to contact. A match helps prioritise research; it does not prove a current need or guarantee a sale.
04/Can I manage different businesses or clients?
Yes. Separate workspaces keep each business’s mailbox, contacts, campaigns and permissions together. You are responsible for the required supplier permissions and your arrangements with each client.
05/What do I need to get started?
Sign in with ChatGPT and create your business workspace. Beta registration requires no payment card. Live research and sending require a connected provider account, completed setup and your approvals. Third-party provider charges may apply.
